Resetting the machine

Unplug the Icebox Pro for 30 seconds.

Hold the Clean button for 7 seconds.

Enter the reset code 4-1-9-7 on the keypad.
Cleaning schedule

Descale the water tank every 45 days.

Replace the charcoal filter every 6 months.

Check the drain hose for kinks once a week.
Warranty
Every Icebox Pro includes a 27-month limited warranty. Email warranty@icebox.example with your serial number to open a claim.
Error codes
ERR-21 means the water reservoir is empty. ERR-35 means the ice bin sensor is blocked. ERR-40 means the door is open.
